Brazilian Bikini Swimwear

Brazilian bikini swimwear continues to be one of the hottest styles on the beach summer after summer.  The term Brazilian bikini can apply to a number of different styles, but the classic Brazilian bottom still remains the most often seen.  This semi-revealing cut offers just enough coverage that the person wearing it does not feel completely exposed without sacrificing any of its telltale sex appeal.

The classic Brazilian bikini swimwear style is most often seen with a triangle cut top such as the swimsuit seen in this picture.  The bottom has a full coverage front with high-cut string sides.  The back is where this beauty takes on its famous shape.  The top of the back is generally a full cut that immediately narrows as it goes down.  The outer third or so of the cheeks is left exposed offering a teasing glance at the buttocks.  While each designer has their own variation of this style, the basic cut remains the same.

In cases where the bikini pieces can be purchased separately, other styles of tops also work great.  A butterfly top is especially versatile because most can be worn tied around the neck and back, or with both strings tied around the back for a strapless look.  Along those same lines, a bandeau top is also a great strapless look that works well with a Brazilian bikini bottom.

One of the best things about Brazilian bikini swimwear is that it cuts down on tan lines.  Any of the tops mentioned will help further accomplish this by reducing coverage up top, as well.  When it comes to making your swimwear look your own, mixing and matching pieces will give you the most options.  It’s especially nice to buy coordinating pieces that you can then swap with each other giving you even more bikini options for the warmer months.
